Security and Privacy
All orders placed with the Baby2Kids website are secured by a 256 bit SSL certificate, encryping communication between your computer and our secure web server.
Baby2Kids respects and protects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Credit card details will be used to process orders only and will not be kept on file.
Orders can be made via email. Simply email us at email@example.com detailing your request.
We are happy to take your call. Ring us on 03 62 445 333. All telephone orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Saturday) will be shipped the same day.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. If ordering outside of Australia GST will be deducted. Baby2Kids reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Our products are of the highest quality and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, however, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 03 62445 333 to arrange an exchange or credit note. Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact and a copy of the valid receipt is attached. An additional delivery fee for returns will be charged. Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
Faulty Items and Damage
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com or on 03 62445 333 and we will organise a replacement for you. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
Free Shipping around Tasmania for all Clothing and Nursery products (No matter their size or weight). All orders will be shipped via Fastway Couriers.
Rest of Australia:
$10 Shipping fee on all items under 3Kgs. Items over this 3 kg weight on the Nursery Site will be directed to email firstname.lastname@example.org to calculate the freight / Enquiry.
Orders over $100:
Free Express Shipping for all orders $100 and over (Australia only). This offer only applies to items in the clothing store.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express eParcel which takes 1-2 working days from dispatch (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays) to most postcodes in capital cities.
- Freight will be calculated at the checkout, after your delivery address details have been entered.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post International. Freight charges do not include any possible duty, taxes or customs charges applicable for specific countries.
International orders take 3-7 working days from dispatch to metropolitan areas of major cities, or 10-12 working days outside of these areas.
Important Information for International Customers
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our items as the Customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or Customs fees charged by your Government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
Please note that customs inspections may delay delivery by a few days.
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible - if before 12pm dispatched same day or next working days (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location. During the Christmas/New Year and end of season sale periods, orders may take a further ten (10) working days to process/dispatch.
Postage for Returns/Exchanges must be pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include either your credit card details so that we can charge your credit card for the Freight of the replacement product or alternatively, please include an Australia Post Express Post Satchel (which is trackable) so that we can despatch your replacement product without delay. Securely pack and seal your items in their original condition and please send all Returns/Exchanges together with your contact details to the below-mentioned address:

We suggest that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number, as Baby2Kids is not responsible for packages not received. Australia Post Express Post Satchels have a tracking number. Please record the tracking number if using this method.
